Taylor Swift is at the Super Bowl and already taking over TV coverage.
There had initially been questions about whether Swift would be able to make it Las Vegas on time to support her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
Swift had a concert in Toyko scheduled long before Kansas City booked a return trip to the big game.
But time zone changes worked in Swift’s favor, and she landed back in the United States with time to spare.
At 7:30pm GMT, NFL Network issued a report that Swift was ‘en route’ to Allegiant Stadium and the pop star would be in attendance for the Super Bowl.
Despite Usher performing the Halftime Show, Swift has already stolen the spotlight for Super Bowl LVIII.
She was a weekly talking point throughout the 2023 NFL season, with fans wondering if she would continue to show up for Kelce’s games.
As their romance blossomed, Swift became more and more comfortable being seen at Chiefs contests.
While many NFL fans tired of Swift’s presence, others loved knowing her travel details and wanted as much information as possible about her support of Kelce and the Chiefs.
NFL Network highlighted that info by letting viewers know during its Super Bowl pregame coverage that Swift, in fact, was on her way to the host stadium and would attend the game.
Kelce gave an emotional pregame speech at the team hotel that left some teamates in tears, according to multiple reports.
With Swift already inside the stadium, Super Bowl LVIIII is already highly charged hours before kickoff.
