Irish-founded employee benefits platform Kota has announced a new partnership with health insurer Vitality to enter the UK market.
Kota, formerly known as Yonder, provides a platform to businesses allowing them to automate insurance and retirement benefits for staff.
The company has partnered with insurance and pension providers and its tools allow employers to set up and manage staff benefits.
The partnership with Vitality will support companies adopting group health insurance schemes by allowing employers to enrol, manage and bill within Kota.
“We have been working closely with Vitality to deliver a powerful employer and employee experience that changes the game for benefits management,” Co-Founder and CEO of Kota Luke Mackey said.
Director of Key Accounts at Vitality Liam Kennedy said the partnership will make it easier for businesses who have the platform to access and update their Vitality health insurance.
